The Fragility of Emotions is René Muñoz Córdova's fifth album,
which continues his journey towards a higher degree of abstraction and deconstruction of organic sound sources and post processed field recordings. René Muñoz Córdova has created a new universe of sound that is moving slowly between inertia and dynamics, harmony and dissonance.

The Fragility of Emotions has taken a basic set of chopped samples
from Tibetan singing bowls, flute, strings, piano and poetry, which are reassembled in different ways and concepts. The addition and integration of all sound sources are finally manipulated by a digital process. The Fragility of Emotions is a work that is constantly moving between two angles, one that defines the sound events as stochastic tone sequences, classical models, atonality, field recording and modification of feedback drones; and another focusing on the underlying philosophical considerations that are something innate in René Muñoz Córdova's work.
